Scientifically speaking, is 1994’s Personal Home Page script secure enough for my NSA honeypot?
I mean, 32 years is pretty mature technology, right? It’s pretty much AI-proof.
>>
scientifically speaking, use after free is still a C/C++ exploit template
just rewrite PHP in Rust

What's mature about PHP is the understanding that everyone should have moved on to something else fifteen years ago. But there are millions of sites, including this one, that still run on it despite its many fundamental flaws. Being old and still technically maintained doesn't really mean stable and mature.

This is an AMERICAN website. It is both stable and mature like everything else we made over 30 years ago.

90% of all bridges in America are over 50 years beyond their planned lifespan. And badly in need of replacement

No one was using the digital superhighway 50 years ago.

In all fairness, 4chan came back before most science and government websites.
That says something. No idea what, but something.

It probably just says that 4chan just got taken offline by a hack and doesn't want a repeat after learning their lesson the hard way while the other organization are more niche and haven't already been pwned recently.
