How come we didn't evolve to drink shitty water?Almost all animals can do it, mammals can drink from fucking rivers and even stale water and be fine, some birds can even drink sea water with no issues, hell even my spoiled ass dog can slurp from a muddy puddle and be fine.Meanwhile, most people will shit their organs out after they drink water from even a clean spring..How come this wasn't a great filter(heh) for humanity, considering how hard is to access absolutely pure water in nature?
