First comprehensive study about modRNA/LNP derived shedding just dropped.

https://zenodo.org/records/23666330

Vaccine-derived material lasts years and potentially permanently: circulating spike at 1,173 days; exosomal vaccine modRNA at 1,284 days; spike + plasmid DNA sequences in skin at 1,364 days. N1-methylpseudouridine causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting, yielding unintended proteins available for release.

Vaccine-derived mRNA (fragmented) has been found in breast-milk extracellular vesicles (EVs). EVs also occur in saliva, exhaled breath, sweat, semen and other secretions. These vesicles can shield molecular cargo, cross barriers, enter cells and potentially deliver functional mRNA, creating a biologically plausible route for interpersonal transfer.

Findings support multi-year (potentially permanent) intracellular/intercellular spread of vaccine products with plausible pathways for ongoing biological disturbance.

Recent diagnostics by Dr. Mary Bowden shows serial spike antibody stayed extremely high for years in vaxxies, dropped after DFPP (double-filtration plasmapheresis) in Japan that removed circulating spike/antibodies, then rebounded to prior highs within six months. It means there is no off switch due to permanent and irreversible genomic instability.

Even tiny ongoing quantities of toxic SP can slowly damage endothelium, promote clotting, inflammation, cardiac issues, and radically raise cancer risk over time. It works like a self-made slow-killing bioweapon produced by your own cells up to inevitable premature death.

BTW, a healthy individual should have near 0 (zero) anti-spike antibody dilution values in blood. <0.8 U/mL is considered negative. Vaxxies even after this DFPP protocol still have like 7000 U/mL and it grows gradually again to 15,000.

Long term even such low values like 100-500 U/mL are lethal. Thats why i always recommend vaxxies to perform quantitative spike antibody test.

Sweden just become the first country to fully drop modRNA shots (Pfizer/Moderna).

The official explanation: modRNA vaccines instruct cells to produce toxic Spike Protein - yet the exact quantity and duration of that production remain undefined, a key concern cited for the switch.

2020:

CDC director Robert Redfield described the emerging mRNA vaccines (Pfizer/Moderna) as "extremely safe vaccines" and highlighted them as providing "light at the end of the tunnel."

2026:

According to former CDC director Dr. Robert Redfield, mRNA COVID vaccines turn the body into a perpetual spike protein factory. He notes it is unclear how much SP is made or for how long, raising the possibility that production continues without a reliable off switch in cells.

Robert Redfield, a renowned virologist and retired Army colonel, was Trumps CDC director from 2018 to 2021. He served on the White House Coronavirus Task Force and the Operation Warp Speed board. His major achievements include early HIV/AIDS research, developing the Walter Reed HIV staging system, co-founding the Institute of Human Virology, and expanding HIV care/prevention. He also led CDCs COVID-19 response and served as ATSDR administrator.

>Thats why i always recommend vaxxies to perform quantitative spike antibody test.

If modRNA/LNP or residual DNA were to cause genomic, proteomic, or transcriptomic instability, no single test would provide complete certainty.

A quantitative spike antibody test i mentioned is the most accessible first-line screen, but it is not definitive: some individuals can produce spike protein without mounting a detectable antibody response, and T-cell reactivity to spike has been documented even in seronegative persons.

Quantitative ELISA kits for SARS-CoV-2 spike S1 protein are commercially available ($600 per 96-well kit) and can measure circulating antigen in serum or plasma - thats the least you can do. For greater specificity and the ability to quantify spike proteoforms without antibody dependence, targeted mass spectrometry offers precise protein-level detection. Cellular assays (IFN-γ ELISPOT or activation-induced marker assays) can further capture spike-specific T-cell responses that occur in the absence of seroconversion.

At the genomic level, surveillance for instability would require next-generation sequencing or whole-genome/transcriptome approaches. Comprehensive genomic profiling with bioinformatics and clinical interpretation is estimated at tens of thousand of dollar per sample. Transcriptomic or proteomic surveillance panels cost too.

In sum, a layered strategy, antibody screening, direct spike antigen detection, T-cell assays, genomic instability sequencing and proteomic/transcriptomic profiling would be required for anything approaching comprehensive assessment.

Such a personalized panel would readily accumulate to hundreds of thousands of dollars, if accounting for validation, bioinformatics, and longitudinal sampling. The cost of everything would oscilate around 100k-200k dollar if you want to be _really_ sure that your body wasnt damaged by a gene therapy injection.

>Quantitative ELISA kits for SARS-CoV-2 spike S1 protein are commercially available ($600 per 96-well kit) and can measure circulating antigen in serum or plasma - thats the least you can do

BTW, a negative serum spike/S1 ELISA only shows no free circulating S1 at sampling but it cannot exclude prior, cell-bound, tissue-localized, immune-masked, or low-level spike production. Better methods detect spike where made: tissue immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence (direct visualization), intracellular flow cytometry of PBMCs, RNA-ISH for vaccine mRNA, and LC-MS/immuno-MRM for spike peptides. These are research-grade and often require biopsy or specialized processing. No single blood test proves or disproves ongoing cellular spike production, sadly.

These methods are research-grade only, not routine clinical tests. Average people cannot order them, and standard hospitals lack the equipment, validated assays and specialized staff (mass spec, RNA-ISH, tissue IHC protocols). Biopsies are invasive and rarely justified, LC-MS requires reference labs. No commercial pathway exists for patients to request cellular spike production testing, and insurers wont cover it. So in practice, a modRNA/LNP "vaccinated" NPC cannot verify ongoing spike production, and a hospital cannot simply check it on request.

Besides McKernan and Malone, several geneticists and molecular biologists argue for links between modified nucleotides and genomic instability.

The clearest mechanism is frameshift mutagenesis. Anne Williss team (Mulroney et al., Nature 2024) confirmed in vivo that m1Ψ causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting, producing off-target proteins and T-cell immunity. Marina Rodnina and Panagiotis Poulis explained the mechanism: m1Ψ weakens codon-anticodon pairing at slippery sequences, making P-site tRNA prone to frameshifting and raising its frequency. Laszlo Boros and Carlo Brogna (Human Genomics 2026) raise this to genomic instability: about 50% of uridine is replaced by m1Ψ versus 0.2-0.6% natural pseudouridine, this artificial modification may cause unintended reverse transcription, frameshifting, and persistent pathogenic spike production with unknown pharmacological half-life.

A second path is retrotransposon-mediated genomic insertion. Isidoro Feliciello (2025) proposed that vaccine modRNA polyA tails may be recognized by LINE-1 retrotransposons, a theoretical high genomic-instability risk requiring research. Tomislav Domazet-Loso (Genes 2022) criticizes neglect of retrotransposition biology, arguing vaccine modRNA sequence features meet known conditions, so genomic insertion cannot be excluded a priori. McKernan adds residual DNA contamination: vials may contain plasmid DNA fragments above regulatory limits, a potential substrate for insertional mutagenesis.

Generally speaking: it was a deliberate genocide/culling of "useless eaters" amid mass AI implementation, to stop/reverse non-renewable Earths resource depletion and irreversible ecosystem destruction.

>it was a deliberate genocide/culling of "useless eaters" amid mass AI implementation
Yes and that's absolutely fucking based. Useless eaters signed up for it.
>>
>>17081347
True. Volenti non fit iniuria. Only mandates were a bit controversial. Some "useless eaters" (like some professional groups) were coerced to take it under threat of being fired, but generally nobody was forced at a gunpoint.

>Some "useless eaters" (like some professional groups) were coerced to take it under threat of being fired
Doesn't matter. They consented by collaborating with the technological system and they're also retroactively reinforcing that consent by embracing """AI""". Also why are you putting useless eaters in quotes? They are indeed useless eaters.

Uh oh, bad Zenodo. Not "peer-reviewed", not "prestigious".

A 2024 JAMA study evaluated US peer reviewers for major journals, including The Lancet, BMJ, JAMA, and NEJM and revealed shocking findings.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2824834

Peer reviewers received $1.06 billion from drug and medical device manufacturers between 2020 and 2022. 58.9% of all peer reviewers received at least one industry payment. Industry provided $1.00 billion in research funding and $64.18 million in general payments (consulting, speaking fees, and travel) directly to reviewers or their products. Over 66% of reviewers in oncology accepted industry funds.
