Research human social evolution starting in the paleolithic at minimum. Then research meta awareness and metacognition.
Most socially underdeveloped people could benefit from learning about how we evolved socially as a species and develop tools to not let your unconscious emotions control your life. This applies to pretty much any domain that's underdeveloped, but the scope here is social. Our genome is littered with genetic code for socializing. It's never too late to consciously work on it.
Even if you cannot control the external world you can develop healthier ways to manage your reactions to it.
People of both sexes generally find folks that are mostly stable and have some level of inner peace safer to be around.
Not saying we shouldn't try to make more irl social opportunities or anything. But a lot of people think a relationship will fix them, putting the cart before the horse.
Question yourself. Ask why you react to things the way you do. Consciously work on your mental schemas.
Unless you're literally a low functioning tard or a vegetable there's very little reason to believe you can't develop healthier mindsets that make you more attractive just naturally.

They practice own group bias at a rate five times greater than men. This is more than even minorities. The current meta group is that independent thoughts are dangerous and women WILL be ostracized for expressing them. Thus women can only improve themselves genuinely in niche outlying groups or in groups that are male dominated. Specifically white males who practice the least in group bias of both genders and all races.
This also applies to men of other races. Find yourself some white friends or a multicultural group that includes at least one white male. Otherwise you will be censored in expression and thought.

I'm essentially a case study of what you described. Since childhood I was ostracized by girls and adult women heavily because of my ND traits. I near exclusively have male friends, predominantly ND, white or asian.
I'm still friends with some from childhood and both our outlooks of the opposite sex have been impacted by it.
I agree that white males express some of the lowest group bias, at least for me it was true anecdotally. They were among the most kind and understanding relationships I've had. It shaped me greatly and allowed me to grow in ways I can't imagine possible without their presence.
It's straight a tragedy we are not enriching our lives with a mosaic of relationships and dynamics.

I'm glad you got to experience it anecdotally but it's not necessary for it to be a statistical fact. It's something that is just true for better or worse. Sometimes I wish we practiced in group bias more as it has positive outcomes for the group but other times I can appreciate that this reduced in group bias allows personal autonomy and freedom of expression and thought. Something that is alien to most people.
