When you've been walking for 50 minutes and you think you can't walk anymore, set the incline lower but carry a medicine ball (I did 88 pounds) on your shoulders/neck for six minutes at the steepest incline you can. Then do the rowing machine for 1000m, and the vertical rope pull if your gym has one. Swim/steam/sauna if your gym has those features, otherwise just stretch and cool down.I lost 10 pounds a month doing this every other day.
