I don't have the space to just leave the files in place to seed while I make another copy to use whatever I downloaded. I let it seed 1.5 and then I delete the torrent file. Unless I'm in a hurry and it's heavily seeded, then I just delete it, or if it's small or rare enough I'll just make a copy and remove the limit.

The holy trinity of BTN, PTP, and HDB are all easy to survive on without doing a lot of uploading. BTN is freeleech and PTP/HDB offers bonus points for seeding which can be converted into ratio or personal freeleech. Their systems are super easy to game. It's not worth risking your access to these trackers, or any trackers affiliated with them.
