So I'm working on a project and I caught something in the old Armor Princess/Crest Princess stuff I don't recognize and can't figure out. Like, honest to god, maybe I'm just super stupid but I have no idea what the "Grandfey armor" and the "Grandfey Helm" are. Were these things that just never went anywhere or something? Okay, you beautiful people. I've brought an offering to you not seen around the likes of this thread in almost 4 years: Say hello to Towergirls TCG v.0.3.1!For those who don't know: This is a card game for Towergirls I first submitted to /twgg/ in 2022 before I had a medical emergency and almost died. Then I updated it once in November of that year, but ultimately I walked away assuming I'd never touch it again. Then out of nowhere I decided that updating it again this year would be a worthwhile endeavor! I almost finished it over Spring Break while working like a man possessed, but I ultimately needed an extra week or so that I only just found. So I can confidently say this is either a labor of love and devotion or it’s possibly just the result of a compulsive disorder, but it's definitely done and it's here!The rules are a little bit different this time. I streamlined them quite a bit and tried to simplify aspects because of that approach. So if you remember the original version, this might seem similar, but it's also very different. I also realized that there was one giant issue with the game up until this point: I usually made maybe like 15 cards and just assumed people would make their own after that, but obviously that never happened. Anyway, that zip is: 115 cards, the ruleset, playmats, some misc stuff for building new cards if you want, and 2 "structure decks" (I literally threw them together very quickly). And the system the decks are assembled for easy play in is Tabletop Simulator (I assumed if anyone wants to play it, that would be where). So they're in 5x4 grids. There's a black structure and a green one and then a collection that's just all 115 or so cards.If you want to play this stuff on TTS, you need to import the card grid images as backless custom decks and then toss the 2 pages worth of cards together into one 40 card deck. Also, you can get like 20 cards per page, so if you want to build your own deck it'll take the form of like 2 or 3 grid images as well, it's super easy. Just put a mat down as a decal with some snaps for the card zones and you'll be good.

If you want to make your own cards, as per usual, I included this collection of assets. I made it a little bit more encompassing. The one without an image in the center of the card is meant for full art cards (there's like 3 of them in the zip), you'll need to make that specific card body a multiply layer and place it over the art to create a full art card.
Also, if/when you do things in TTS make sure you set the card backs to the actual card back image so everything is uniform. I made it "00 card back" in the files so it's always on top of the rest of the images.

The Timeless Crater's inhabitants tend to stay to their own land. There's not much reason to leave when the crater's extreme ecosystem provides everything its inhabitants, both big and small, need. The folk of the lands they wander into do not see them the same way. More than once in history have knights and warriors been rallied due to reports of a rampaging dragon only to find a Behemoth idly examining a town of 'smalls', helping itself to the local livestock, and unaware of the kind of destruction it's causing.
Often sought out by mercenary bands and wealthy lords looking to buy their service, the Ogre Warlites are said to be the first sell swords of the world by their folklore. If one finds themselves with the opportunity to recruit a Warlite they should expect to provide the full payment for the Ogre upfront as, once the task asked of them is completed to the best of their earnest ability, the Ogre will simply go off on whichever way the wind takes them. Take some assurance in knowing that no Warlite has ever abandoned or betrayed a task they've been paid to do. Not without inarguable reason to, at least.
