I think it's too niche for it be scalped to death. Even Magic and YGO kinda get to avoid scalping compared to pokemon. I got nothing else to add, Chaotic kinda flew by me. There's a lot of 00's card games I still think about.

YGO is a close second but there's way more glup shitto cards unrecognizable to people who just liked the show or manga.Magic doesn't have a piece of advertisement that's obsessed by people who don't already play the card game.
