That game is either exactly as or a lot less interesting than it seems.

The little square panty cards are placed face up in front of everyone. Whoever took that photo was pretty dumb putting the sports pants on top since the pants themselves are in full colour but that's one of only four or so in the deck that make it look like the little cards are in greyscale.

The first player secretly selects one of those large full colour panty cards. The others try to identify the panties by asking question answered by the yes/no/? tokens and eventually up one of the little cards. You can pick up the little card at any time, even on another player's turn.

When everyone has a card, the pantie cards is revealed. If someone gets the matching card they keep it and first player keeps the big card. Unmatched little cards go back to the table and if unmatched the big card is discarded. First player role moves to the next person.

That's the game.

It's aimed at 12 year olds and over.

What a great traditional karuta game you started off with. b a k a

Animal Mind is one of my go-tos when I need a simple game for 3 to 4 players. There are four different types of goods and you want to assemble three piles with the highest values, counted by number of cards*value of the newest card. When it's your turn, you draw one card, but you can't just add it yourself. You must offer it to another player first, telling them either the type or the point value (no lies or other hints allowed). The other player has to flip one of their Accept/Reject cards. Accept means they add it to their piles, reject means the offerer gets to add it. If they already have three piles and get the remaining good, they lose their largest pile. Winner is who has the most points after three scoring rounds.
Makes for some surprising mind games considering the cutesy theme.

Well, I grabbed the digital copy of Hear of Crown near the end of last year. It seems alright. also a demo for the digital client for Sakura Arms recently hit steam, but I heard there's a memory leak bug with the demo.

Hear of Crown is a deckbuilder game where the goal is to gather resources, elect a princess, and then aim to get 20 points, you'll win if you go a round without anyone else reaching 20 standing, if that happens, it's a race for 30 standing.

That's clearly a school swimsuit with the nametag and everything.

Yeah Core Connection is a fun time. A shame the Jade Judgement expansion I got from Japanime games was missing 9 whole cards but other than that it's a good mecha deck builder.

I tried to get into both Shogi and Mahjong (I guess that's actually Chinese), but neither really stuck.

I have a small amount, including an Azur Lane re-theme of the game in the OP. The detective mascot is a lot better in the original though.

The one that gets the most play in my collection is this, which is rethemed Cockroach Poker with a twist.
