"Wild", short haired, wine-drinking, hellenized, or "civilized"?
Yes I'm using Cesar's terms for these broad categorizations. Basically how stereotypical. The best part is you can have celts that are a bunch of literally naked women on chariots led big mamma with the huge axe because she strongest next to what looks like a hellenic city-state with a democratic senate and they'd both be celts.
