Former fatass here, the only way to lose weight long term is with a complete change of lifestyle. Taking magic meme drugs, getting surgery to suck the fat off your body or cutting your stomach off, will get you down to "healthy" weight in the short term, but ultimately the only thing keeping you there going forward will be eating properly and exercising. Because it turns out sitting on your fatass all day eating mcdicks is what makes you fat, and will make you fat again, no matter how much you trick yourself into thinking you're doing less of it.
