Like I said, Jumpchain isnt an actual game. I think somebody should rig up some sort of solo rpg system with oracles to give an impartial side of the experience instead of relying on author only, cause that is biased, I think having a win and loss state can help.

Are you trying to Meme here? Because I asked someone who was talking about Oracles like this in honest curiosity and they shot me down saying they didn't feel like talking about it.
If we are talking good solo systems I like a combination of Mythic and Mutants and Masterminds for the stat part. That is just personal bias though. Mutants and Masterminds allows you to build anything but it has a bit of crunch to it and I am comfortable with Mythic, I have never tried oracles. Still it's a fun idea of busting out some dice and having yourself an actual Jumpchain RPG.

NTA but I don't like the system of Mutants and Masterminds at all because its attempts at keeping things "balanced" are just too jarring. You get shit like automatically recovering to full health within 15 minutes once the fight is over no matter how close to death you got (assuming you didn't actually die) and that's the baseline before any powers are factored in but if you exhaust yourself it will take a minimum of several hours to catch your breath and no kind of superpower can help with that. Not to mention all the "Superspeed is just fluff, you don't actually get to take more actions in the same amount of time than someone moving at normal speed" and such.

I'd like to have an LLM run a chain for me but my GPU caps out at ~150k context running Gemma 4 after tricks to save on VRAM which seems like a lot but runs out quicker than you'd think.

Haven't had one in nearly a decade myself and if they still work the same they don't even stop you from posting entirely, just attachments and new threads.

I find the current captcha quite nice. It's really quick and easy and can be done using just the mouse.

Don't bother getting heated up, just take a few deep breaths and wait a bit and the cognitive dissonance will subside. Arguing about this shit goes anywhere.

Alright I like Mutants and Masterminds it's pretty versatile but I can understand that maybe you want something a little different. Maybe something with a bit more teeth. Does anyone have any good suggestions for game system that lets you keep piling on tons of stuff on to a character like Jumpchain does?

Don't have anything to add about solo rpgs or oracles (except I had a bit of fun using some website called hexroll to generate a world and encounters to go through that I couldn't metagame as much), but I've tried to stat my jumpers out every so often, to mixed success.
Most notable has been my attempt at statting out my jumpers with an extremely bastardized version of the Storyteller System, which I've never actually played, so it amounted to just having different stats, d10s, and a dice pool to resolve stuff. It kinda worked, but not really any better at generating interesting situations or modeling a Jumper than just author decisions have been for me.
Because my attention span's terrible, I jump (heh) from chain concept to chain concept after ~2 jumps in each depending on what I'm interested in in that moment. Most recently that has been my attempts to make a chain that was basically a series of solo wargaming campaigns as I try to get into wargaming; too early to say whether it's working or if it's fun or not. I've used One Page Rules Star Quest rules to stat out my jumper for that, but I just started the first jump for that, so too early to say.
Would be very interested in any recommendations other anons here have for oracles for Jumpchain or other game systems that work better than my kludged together sacks of garbage.
