I barely remember anything about the story other than Batman getting utterly fucking assmad at the priest who wanted to provide medical attention to the racists and try to reform them, and that the priest knew Batman's dad back in the day. This might've also been where he got the giant landmover that he converted into the batmobile here, but I could be mixing it up with a different issue/story.
