hello friends i’m reposting in here at the other thread’s direction but! i am very new to mtg and i’m a little iffy on how certain things work and i apparently am too stupid to figure out how to google to find answers to the specific questions i have since everything that comes up is not what i’m looking for. maybe because the questions i have are obvious and no one asks them since they’re supposed to be a given which would track since i’ve learned basically solely verbally with pals. i’ve also only used precons and things with a friend who is also new-ish so idk what i’m doingmy main question is, can you have two “legendary creatures”/commanders in your deck and use them together? i know only one can be in the actual ‘commander’ slot and be what you have at the top of the deck to tap whenever (unless it’s one of those specific cards that lets you use two with some ability? i’m sorry i’ve only been here like three months) but if you were to put another card into your deck that was a legendary creature/‘commander’ and draw it, can you play it like it’s a regular card instead?i have realized i really like having little guy tokens even though i don’t think it’s super effective, it’s just fun to have dudes on board and i was looking through cards and realized these two could probably make a ton of friends if you’re allowed to have both but one as a regular degular card

what are your favorite commanders that interact with the table /edhg/?my meta has a lot of engine racing decks. i have one deck that is hatebears/light stax (rule of law focused) that performs incredibly because it just slows people down a little bit and forces them to think about their decisions, which they fail to do correctly usually.i want a deck that similarly interacts with the table, plays on other people's turns, fiddles with other peoples game plans, etc. not looking for mono blue counterspell control, but something else just disruptive enough to get people to stop playing solitaire and think about things.
