There is no manner of depravity the Dark Eldar are above of, if not doing themselves, then doing to their underlings/making their underlings do. Dark Eldar are just evil and sick in the head, or at least that is what the culture of Commoragh twists them into. After all, a newborn Dark Eldar is no different from a Craftworld Eldar, there is no real biological of psychological differences between the two groups of Eldar, it is all cultural. A craftworlder can be descend into the lifestyle of a Dark Eldar trough a chain of very poor life choices and while rarer, a Dark Eldar can be redeemed if they get a lucky break in their life and are given mercy and adopted by a Craftworld, even as adults. There is one such character in one of the Path of the Eldar novels, a former Dark Eldar Incubi who was taken prisoner and later sort of adopted by Craftworl (Ailatoc if I recall correctly, been a while since I read those books).
