Often this comes in the form of some kind of dilution. Whether it's simpler rules, more "appealing" factions,.characters and story beats.It's fairly common in media, it's more about appealing to mass audiences than it is appealing to women. They know 99% of women don't give a shit about Warhammer and aren't going to be buying boxes regularly, if at all. They just think that the mean consumer they have already captured isn't going to walk away and will keep buying.
