Yeah, but only if your group actually uses runic affinities and you have players that give a fuck about interacting with cults.

Imo, it's a bloated edition with good bones, but chargen is too hyper-specific to dragon pass during a particular era, and as soon as Greg died they turned the troonery and gender bender shit up to max, because it's easy ESG money and asspats for the morally and intellectually bankrupt
