>>98375178The last PC I played, seen here at the end of the 2nd session which was also the last session. I'm glad I could repurpose her as a technomancer for Shadowrun, especially since I'm not a fan of WoD.
>>98375576Welp, sad to see something end after two session, but I know how it feels to be in a setting that is not really your cup of tea.And I like what you turned her into for Shadowrun. Would you share how you got that background?
>>98375612>The scene takes place at dawn in a modern city park in Calgary, Alberta. Warm golden sunlight breaks across the landscape, illuminating dew-covered grass, paved pathways, scattered benches, and contemporary park architecture. Long morning shadows stretch across the scene as the first rays of sunlight cut through lingering mist, creating a stark contrast between warm daylight and cool predawn darkness.
>>98375576I had a char I ran for a few sessions. the game setting didnt hook us nor the dm and we scrapped it for a bit and he re-did a few things about it. but we moved those characters to another game and added them to the roster for switching in and out (after converting things.

>>98375265I'm actually new to all this, I am a comic book fan and every 5 or so issues there's advertisements for a Roleplaying game based on marvel comics, I have no real friends to play with so I'm just left wondering how does a superhero game differentiate to the usual roleplay scenario
>>98376131>how does a superhero game differentiateNot a whole lot mechanically most of the time depending on how crunchy it is. The difference between a mage casting a spell and a super using an ability is essentially the same just with different descriptions and emphasis. So it all comes down to the GM and Player agreeing on the fantastical elements. It's basically a whole social contract kind of deal on a small scale.
>>98376131Not this guy >>98376139 but thats about it. ive played heroes unlimited also and a few others. the marvel and dc rpg's (the old and newer ones) aren't bad and with some house rules and tweaks can be fun. friends and I have a side run going with a bunch of heroes gone/dead and borrowed a bunch of things from comics to set the tone. at the plot its batman who laughs won and most heroes are dead, missing or pets or other things. and he's off in some place doing plot things and most of the main heroes captured or pets and other not as polite as comic outcomes. but gotham is a mess and new heroes came out of it and the upgraded villains in charge of sections (stuff taken from the comics and the batman who laughs things).blah blah blah. the games arent bad and can be fun and chatbots can do fun stories about things like it. I do too many comic book related things and merge a ton of it.
>>98375265I have six campaigns (all the same players in each) that are set in different regions on my world, and all occurring chronologically at the same time.Campaign 1: Players are in a majority undead kingdom at war with an enemy nation (and losing, thus their need to turn to necromancer to maintain their military numbers). They are currently on the run after witnessing a false flag attack,.and are being hunted by the clergy and the royal alchemists. They're forming a resistance movement and pushing back against the corrupt government. Campaign 2: The players are mercenary drop troopers (ala Helldivers) that are deployed from an airship to conduct missions and protect a fleet of conventional merchant vessels through a dangerous nautical channel.Campaigns 3-6: Not yet started.Pic related are their characters (thus far).

>>98375265Two campaigns and oddly in both I'm playing near-human. In one I played genetically engineered post-human Ranger (all senses pushed to extreme, a bit irritable; posted him few weeks ago) and in another a bit parallel Earth where K-Pg wasn't that severe for Paraves and humans evolved from Bonobo. My character and his menagerie (troodontid mount, "five-winged" microraptor, African wild dog pet and little black-footed asshole on his lap.)
>>98375265I'm about to run a short intro campaign for a couple married normie friends who have always wanted to give it a try. Basically they're two married heroes who retired to start an inn, but run afoul of a turf war between the local woods witch and the vampire mafia, which will lead into a wider plot if they're enjoying it

Katherine has been reborn...I've been running a solo Traveller game for my wife, and the new Katherine is a high-class broker who is running speculative cargos through the Spinward Marches, having incidental adventures as she goes. (As it turns out, having a Broker skill of 3 is practically broken in Traveller. She hasn't lost money on a cargo yet, started at 200k credits and is now at 3 million. Won't be long before she has enough for her own starship.)>Curiously, I fed some Patrick Nagel into ChatGPT to have it generate a prompt, then used it to get some gens of Kate. It isn't exactly Nagel, but I can see the influence, and I like the style so far.
>>98377308
>>98380369>traveller game>urge to tism and go read the books againhave fun. its a fun system to run and make characters in.

>>98377308>>98380400>human redhead and Tieflinghelp I need both
>>98380412It's been years since I ran it, but it was very easy to get back into the swing of it. Because she doesn't have her own ship, she's hiring ships and paying the freight cost and a passage for herself to follow the cargo, so she can act as broker on both ends. Side AI Note: Because she's hitching a ride with a different ship every couple jumps, I've been using GPT to generate crews for the ships and personality quirks / interpersonal relationships between them, etc. Also used it to flesh out the bare bones world descriptions from the Spinward Marches. Eliminates so much prep time to have it whip up a skeleton for me to flesh out. I don't know if AI will ever be a real GM, but as a GM tool it can be great.

>>98380471>>98380369Nice art style. While my own gens tend towards the baroque, it's always refreshing to see a bit of sleek minimalism.
>>98380471Very nice. You got me to add to my ai and pnp plans to roll up and make some traveller people and than chatbot them also. I really do miss game sessions in that setting. the look of her also makes me go ah man the styles in that game and gear. good art honestly. tons of old pen and paper make great art and chatbots.i've been all over the car wars and boot hill settings and also taking that into various video games and things from that.but that gets into a ton of characters for games and pnp and sessions. and some sessions are done online so its all intertwined. post more of your traveller stuff if you make more.
>>98380560>>98380574I think the style really suits the 80's futurism of the genre. It does remind me a lot of some of the old game art. Traveller in particular had some very clean line art.My wife calls them her "Charlies Angels fashion model" pictures. If anyone interested in the prompt, it is:>Minimalist graphic fashion illustration with flat, untextured color fields, crisp ink-like contour lines, elegant elongated proportions, highly simplified anatomy, restrained facial detailing, bold use of negative space, muted pastel and neutral color palette with occasional saturated accents, clean editorial composition, modernist graphic design influence, smooth matte finish, vector-like precision, almost no rendering or gradients, subtle geometric abstraction, sophisticated magazine illustration aesthetic, balanced asymmetry, refined line economy, timeless high-fashion poster style.

>>98380666What AI did you use for this, Satan? It feels like a high-res version of an old Perchance gen.
Last one. Her only action sequence so far in the game so far. She's a broker, not a soldier.I like how she's jumping out of the warehouse shooting, but a guy inside the warehouse is getting hit and falling over. Now that is talent.

>>98369564Tawae looks at the coins then back to Sunblaze with a smirk.>It's nice to see good men like you still exist; you're just lucky you're on my good side. Paying for the drinks you've had tonight, correct? She picks out and pockets more than a whole keg would be worth before gently tightening the string for him and poking him on the nose.>It's ok. You can feed the hawk and magpie another time. I'll tell the white crow she can send her friend. She then walks over to the door, unlocks it, and douses the silent lantern before calling out.>Miss Blommand, you can clean up now.Tewae goes to check on Celia while the skinny bray opens the door and comes in with a serving tray and wet cloth. Blommand moves towards the table and begins picking up glasses, wiping where they had been sitting. With her chipper bray accent she starts up a conversation.>Another fun night Tewae? Nice to see Cel~Blommand had turned to see Celia bruised and unconscious. She carefully places her tray and cloth down and her voice is all business as she turns to Sunblaze.>Time to go, highborn. She grabs him by both arms and starts moving him to the door. She's unusually strong but isn't harming him as she man-handles him easily. With a wink, Tewae speaks up before Andris can react, loud enough for the main room to hear. >Once you've cooled off you can come back, Hawthorne. Next time don't be losing your temper!Andris was rushing over to stop the misunderstanding when Tewae catches her and motions to hush. With a small chuckle she whispers.>It's all in good fun Dahlia, everyone needs a bit of humbling from time to time. Besides, new rumors tend to shake old rumors loose. Old rumors stick around because only bad rumors get remembered. Could be a nice easy trail to follow to our unfriendly eyes, don't you think? Anyway, fix up poor Celia here and she'll get you home safe, or you go catch up with your brother.

Something fucking weird just happened with Chatgpt...I attached an image of four characters and said, "Create an image of the characters in the attached file at a pool party. Have them hanging out and having a good time."Well, it created an image of them... But with additional characters in it that I recognized. At first I thought this was normal because it's pulling characters from a different conversation thread... But then it dawned on me that the characters it added were from a thread in a completely different account...Does ChatGPT know that I have multiple accounts and have them all linked together somehow?!

>>98383823Well, actual scars. I tend to leave off the explicit visible scars in the prompt unless up close visuals. She used to be beautiful with long black hair, but is ashamed how she looks now so hides beneath the skull.

>>98381112Andris was not entirely convinced and still suspected that the whole thing had been little more than an excuse to have a cheap laugh at the expense of a “rich bastard.” She wanted to go after her brother, but quickly realised that leaving Celia behind while she was still unconscious would be unwise. Instead, she decided to remain until Celia woke up, hoping that no one would bother them in the meantime.Outside, Andrenn waited for his sister, but she did not emerge from the inn. After a while, he began to feel that he was attracting too much attention, especially after the earlier confrontation. Reluctantly, he left before any of the locals decided to start throwing punches. He could only hope that Andris and Celia would eventually leave together and make it back to the safer parts of town without incident.
