What games have you been running/playing recently?
>Player or GM: GM>Preferred system: Shadowrun 5E>Schedule/Times Available: Fridays & Saturdays, 8 AM - 11 AM EST>Voice or Text: Voice>Methods of Play: Discord and Roll20>Tone/Theme Preferred: Semi-serious tone. I encourage when players bring strange characters, provided they commit to it and don’t fuck up the game over it.>Contact: Discord username: moonloid>Looking for a 4th player to round out our group since the guy we have lined up for that spot isn’t responding to messages. You don’t need to be familiar with the system as long as you’re willing to learn and show up. Books are provided.
>>98415505Sigh, I'm sorry, but previous editions of Shadowrun have ruined me on it forever. Despite liking the concept and Harebrained Schemes' computer games and kind of the setting. I just don't have it in me to actually try 5e.
>>98415681I’m with you on preferring the older editions, especially in terms of presentation. It’s a pain that I have to convert as much material as I do from older editions to patch the holes Catalyst left. SR4 is feature complete and expounds on a lot of details SR5 leaves out, intentional or not. It doesn’t boil my blood near as much as SR6 does, though. I’d rather run the edition I know best than sit on my thumbs.
