First I take images and ask gemini to make a description of an amalgamation of them. Gemini will use safe words that chatgpt will accept more often than not. After that, photoshop. To achieve any pregnancy looks I just ask for bloated, swollen or fat for various body parts. You can try that for the bust too though results may vary.
