First I take images and ask gemini to make a description of an amalgamation of them. Gemini will use safe words that chatgpt will accept more often than not. After that, photoshop. To achieve any pregnancy looks I just ask for bloated, swollen or fat for various body parts. You can try that for the bust too though results may vary.

Blah. I'm getting tired of fighting it. Tried to do a full class of characters. GPT is mostly good at getting the characters as described in the image. Just really bad at getting them at all the same scale and all facing the correct direction. I even uploaded a labeled seating chart and it said it could recognize the layout by label. This is the closes I got to everything as prompted.
And it still kept making up its own name for the school despite me telling it it was "Slop High School"
