Considering how much happens online nowadays where people can't see or hear their opponents at all I doubt the good players have any actual need to read your face you to do their thing.
What if your tell is scratching your nose or sighing. Body language can still betray you.
I really don't think Reading is something that actually matters in any regard. It's nothing but guesswork and luck.
Your eyes will still provide clues

Live tells are just not very important. They do give some info and can be important at times. But everyone in tournaments who's serious/worried about it does the cover everything up thing.People don't like it, but poker's just a math game. It's not about reading people or fucking heart of the cardsing it or anything. When that pro looks like he's trying to soul read you he's actually just counting combinations in his head.
