If its attempt to generate a SFW version of your prompt fails and it still creates a titty pic, you get the blocked message.

If you prompted for a girl "wearing a loincloth" it likely interpreted that as her wearing only a loincloth and was unable to avoid tits. Add something she's wearing as a top, or even just "her hair is covering her chest" and it should stop blocking you.

The reason I asked about how quickly it's blocked is that it means different things. If it's blocked almost instantly, it means that there's something in the wording of the prompt that's flagged as inappropriate. Probably not your problem if you've used the same text before. If it's blocked fairly quickly but not instantly, you're falling victim to the same text filter, but it's the AI's fault rather than yours. ChatGPT invisibly re-writes every prompt before actually feeding it into the image generator, so the AI might have misinterpreted your request and made the prompt lewder before starting work, then got caught by its text filter. This might be your problem if the same prompt sometimes works and sometimes gets blocked, as there's some randomness in how it rewrites prompts. But if it's blocked after a long time, that means it thought the prompt was clean but it created a lewd image anyway that was caught by the image filter right before it was going to deliver the results.

Well, that was an earlier generation of the AI model. Which does make me think of something else: A couple days ago, GPT went from using the GPT-5.5 model to the GPT-5.6 Sol model as the default setting, and it's possible that a prompt that worked under 5.5 is now being handled differently. You can switch back to 5.5 in the advanced tab of the quality selector, which might be an interesting experiment.

Sometimes a non-human character can get more lewd and since I have the Serena prompt saved from using her in a previous gen, I plugged that in. Chat GPT just kept having Aure carving her out of the stone line some sort of furry Pygmalion.
