>>98518012The red helmet one is actually the original, but the artist was told last minute that they'd be using a different colour scheme for the boxart this piece was intended for. That led to him starting to recolour the piece with the yellow helmets, but he never finished it (that's why the yellow helmets look less polished, and why there's still a lot of red helmets). The yellow helmet version is the edited one.

>>98522014The weapons are all RT era design and for some reason the memory is tied to the 3rd ed one actually called Epic 40K but its not a clear enough one. Which makes it even more amusing as the OP, because the eldar indeed have had several redesigns since then.The art I'm remembering is probably me mixing together different box art images, its a while ago.
