i like to self-insert in warhammer 40k because there is something strangely comforting about the though of letting your own body to be mechanized for the purpose of violence and war. sometimes when you dont have anything better to do in life, the weaponization of oneself for a greater cause or just the sake of it can be a good remedy for a mediocre life
