28mm is the incorrect miniature scale for anything except skirmish wargaming, with perhaps 50 models per side at most. However, most 28mm games, including the most popular ones, are considered "battle games" where a player may have 100+ models per side, plus larger units like artillery (which has no business being so close to the front on a 28mm board), cavalry, vehicles, or even huge monsters in more fantastical games, resulting in horrifically overcrowded tables and tedious gaming. How can this be stopped?

I even bought the collapsible terrain for it. I think getting the main companies like GW to switch over to supporting smaller scale games is impossible and what needs to be done is people need to start supporting games like DZC buying multiple armies so they can introduce people to the game before they have to drop money on it.
