Image above, more KatherineHaving mended some fences (and torn down one with the Comyns), she found a cargo of high tech chips from a cadet family of the Grants that they couldn't unload on planet due to compatibility issues (Albion's tech level is just above interstellar travel, while the chips from Mora are the highest in the Imperium). She purchased the lot at 5% above wholesale and took the Empress Maeve to the Maitz System. The moon of Gibson hung over the gas giant called "The Eye of Sauron" (though no one remembered where the name came from. It was assumed to be from a forgotten mythological source from old Terra). The city under glass was a cyberpunk nightmare of corporations waging economic war with each other, but it was the ideal place to sell the most advanced computer chips to be found in the Sector.>A little unhappy with the dome. I tried a couple times to get some kind of interesting shape other than a plain geodesic dome, but nothing stuck well.
Crap...I typo'd /slot/ instead of /slop/. Ah well. Let's see your sci-fi slot indeed.
>>98574035The dome looks fine to me. The only notable flaw I see in your pic is the engine exhausts from the ship not being aligned with the ship's direction of travel, which is a problem I've also struggled with myself and not yet found a reliable solution for.
>>98574078....Oh! You said "SLOT"! My mistake.
>>98574086As a pilot, I can say that is actually not uncommon at all. "Crabbing" as it is called is frequently done while landing in a crosswind, where the whole plane is pointing in a different direction than the vector of travel. The F-22 has vectored thrust in the venturi of it's engines that allow it to point engine thrust in a different Z axis vector than that of travel. A plausible explanation of the engine nozzles being pointed downward might be to counteract the moon's gravity, which can't be done aerodynamically because it lacks any atmosphere.I mean, don't get me wrong, GPT fucked up, but there is a plausible explanation

>>98576263>>98576322It's been a minute since I read the old Ravenloft paperbacks, but there's a book called "Vampire of the Mists", where the main character is an elven vampire from Faerun named Jander Sunstar who goes toe-to-toe with Strahd (he was actually a few hundred years older than Strahd). He hated being a vampire though (he was a priest or paladin of Lathander Morninglord in life, I think?), and at the end of the novel, he prays to his god (even though it burns his tongue) for redemption and kneels before the sunrise, which supposedly killed him...but I think they later reconnect it and said the Dark Powers denied him his death, and whisked him away to another domain, where he ends up becoming...a vampire hunter, and recruits allies to aid him.

>>98571724>You had the day off, why do you have to go? We were going to the market today.Röst complained as she sat dejected in the kitchen, fiddling with her oakleaf earring while Corun finished putting on his armor. He responded calmly but with pride.>You heard him last night; he needs someone he can trust. That means a real opportunity. I might be able to get a permanent post in the war office out of this.Corun went over to Röst once completely dressed. After a quick reassuring gesture he made one further comment before leaving.>We won’t get there until almost noon so it will be a short trip. Go see Svetsa or Blommand this morning. Just don't stay in the house all day again.Tewae knew most things about Sunblaze’s past and that Kyrea was lying about him. She’d used a lot of leverage to make sure he was who he said he was. Quickly, to keep the conversation moving, she gasped and leaned in closer to whisper.>That explains why he's always here instead of one of the nice places for the highborns! He's here a few nights a week, buying drinks for pretty little women. While it was true Andrenn came in every four days or so, he never once had a single drink. But he did always pay for Celia’s at Tewae's suggestion. He was also aware it was so Celia could “enjoy” Tewae's company. Tewae practically hissed as she continued whispering.>Why, I've seen that page who follows him around with bruises even. How does he get away with it?The primary rule of dealing with spies, never lie.The carriage was too large to use the beastpaths, so it trundled its way down the frozen muddy path towards the outpost, it's guards in tow. Jägare had never seen something like this before. More caution than curiosity, she decided it was best to follow it and make sure it didn't cause problems.

>>98578056I will not be shamed or bullied.
>>98577974At first, Kyrea was not quite sure how to react to Tewae’s revelations. It almost seemed too convenient that the rumour had turned out to be at least partly true. Then again, she had paid little attention to Andrenn’s career over the years. Perhaps he really had become a drunken womaniser after being posted to this town. Whatever doubts she had, none of them showed on her face. She continued playing the part of a slightly tipsy official, carelessly letting personal secrets slip into the conversation. There was, however, one method she could use to test whether Tewae was telling the truth.>Ah, so I suppose he also made those girls take off their shoes and dance barefoot on the tables? Before the barmaid had much time to think about her answer, Kyrea immediately followed up with another question, this time asking about Sunblaze’s page. The first question was a deliberate trap. If Tewae agreed too readily with a detail Kyrea had invented, it would cast doubt on everything else she had said. The second served another purpose entirely: Kyrea wanted to determine whether the page Tewae knew was the same person mentioned by both Dean Aercallima Azurebreeze and the students she had spoken to earlier. There was only one problem.Kyrea still could not remember whether the girl’s name was Kisskinder or Bookbinder.---A shortie for today, because I couldn't come up with the continuation for two other plot lines.

Next dose of KatherineKate sent messages to several of the local corporations to find a buyer for her high-tech chips. Before any of them could answer, she was approached by a street fixer who wanted to negotiate for the chips at a bar called "Gomorrah". There she met a fixer called R.V. who worked for a consortium of cyberpunks fighting the local corporations, and they needed the chips for their clandestine war against the capitalist thugs. Katherine, only mildly concerned about their struggle, agreed to their price without waiting for counter-offers from the corps.

As they unloaded the crates, they saw a mysterious figure perched on the ruins watching them. The figure was sighting own an advanced rifle at them, so Katherine and Lola readied their own weapons. The figure refused to communicate, but did not open fire. Katherine didn't know if this was one of R.V.'s people watching the drop, or one of the corporations' agents, and frankly didn't care. She had fulfilled her part of the bargain, so the Empress Maeve took off and went back to the city.Captain Thorne informed Katherine that her jobs were a little more exciting than he liked to have in his life. He said the Maeve would be moving on back to Mora, and she would have to find another ship for the next leg of her journey.

>>98580744It's just coincidence. Alvesia was a character I played in a Fantasy Flight Star Wars game. She was an Arkanian Offshoot, hence the pale skin. Her overall look was inspired by the description of the Childlike Empress from the Neverending Story novel, where she's described as having pale white skin, long white hair and golden eyes and dressed all in white. I just took the liberty of short hair for practical purposed.Piro of course is based on Pirotess who has dark skin and long white hair and gold eyes (though the anime isn't particularly consistent, the light novels describes them as golden).Alvesia came first, but Bing was horribly inconsistent about genning her so I rarely did. She was kind of a proto-Piro in that I tended to use the same condescending tone when speaking as them. And pushed my voice into about the same high nasal range.

>>98584380I was able to get it just fine with words like "feminine" and "voluptuous".And for clothing simply,>wearing just a leather blacksmith's apron, simple red skirt, barefoot. Then later emphasizing the topless aside from apron, added >sweat pouring down her face and bare shoulders.
>>98584432It's not the problem of converting all women blacksmiths into men, but converting humanoid goats into them. Even when they're stated to be female.
>>98584406Each warped gor has got an unnamed ruby. Her's is in the handle of the bow, and she wants a spell to exact justice with. Perfect aim, discern lies, farsight, smite evil, something. She's a combination of an actual JAG, a PI, and sniper. She does need it to be holy oriented so she can kill undead with it at least.
>>98584458Does it accept only one spell? Because in that case it's either Wizard type spell, or Paladin/Cleric one.
>>98584476Yeah only one, maybe two if it makes sense like a longsight smite. Also built a location sheet that worked nicely.
>>98584505Then I was thinking about Bless Weapon or Magic Weapon, but I'm not sure how the former one would work on the ranged one, because for the latter it would work better to enchant quiver, so every arrow would be +1.And considering that Bless Weapon works basically for any type, I guess the spell would affect arrows.
>>98584328Wake up drunk lady! Being fired for being will be only the beginning of your problems!
>>98584899The part with her drawing the bow is very good.
With the ratio between the female and the male characters, it's starting to look like a harem.
The end of the thread draws near. Anyone have suggestions for the next topic?
>>98584966With all the OCs, introductions are in order
>>98584995We have picked up quite a few new regulars this summer.
>>98584966The thread task should be "Show us your character's slot". Lol.
>>98584907
>>98584966Well, it's back to school season, so we could do a school theme. Maybe college rather than the high school version from years past?
>>98585187We already did that a few threads ago.
>>98585160i liek this

Everyone did heroic characters, what if we went with villains next?
>>98585160You are the 150th image poster, anon. Do you intend to bake the next thread or yield the privilege to the another?
>>98576364Are those banners coherent or gibberish?
>>98585349According to my phone, the one on the left says "heaven and earth," the one in the middle says "Zen," and the one on the right says "I am the only one."
