I meant to play the other day but I got caught up theorycrafting ideas for skirmish game capture and prisoner-taking/training and / prison-escaping mechanics. It's come up a couple of times that people are confused by the character creation, so I have changed the beginning of the chapter around a bit, and added an example PC to the sheets tab. If anyone in the thread could check the doc to see if anything is still confusing and how, it would be appreciated.

I have ADHD and I've played solo a couple of times, but rarely for very long. The problem is that, because it's so understimulating, I get mentally exhausted by it pretty quickly, so when I go to try a play another session, my brain treats the activity like I'm trying to put my hand on a hot stove. I enjoy thinking about my character, thinking about the world I've set up, thinking about how I can create a game for the particular scenario... but actually sitting down to play can be really difficult. I mostly resolve this by only playing for a few minutes at a time on my phone whenever I have a spare minute at work, as I have most of my solo tools and my character sheet saved in a Discord server that only I'm in, but the consequence of this is that my games progress very, very slowly.

In team games Minmaxxing is optimal since your party members can usually cover your weaknesses, but in solo games it leads to interesting ups and downs. Also, if you like your character, region hop a lot to make sure your character faces different scenarios that she may or may not be able to deal with. If it gets too easy, fudge things to make it harder. I stopped grabbing quick strike and banned myself from grabbing the holy amulet of protection. LA anon, wherever you are, I'm really enjoying your game. I was skeptical at first, but I've really enjoyed it in my free time this summer, even when I don't engage with the lewd aspects of the system. I don't know where you came up with this d6's with opposing successes system, but it's by far the best I've played. If there was a SFW game with the mechanics of lewd attack I'd make my players use it in my future games.

Talker assassin is probably my favorite way to play. Being good at yapping and sneaking lets you play the game in an entirely different way and can make combat feel dangerous.

The one time I did a run starting as a vampire was really fun. Even with modified rules for lower vigilance gain if you don't kill someone when feeding in-town, you wrack up vigilance slowly and steadily. Part of me wishes crime and punishment was a bit more involved as a result, but I understand that it's not really the meat of the game.

Mostly when I felt like I'd gotten what I could story wise from the character. My first character the bard, had a built in backstory that got too hard to weave in. Also I made her too tragic from the start so it was hard to play her in a lewd setting where rape and kinky shit happens. My mage was too flat (personality wise), so she didn't last long. My priest was fun until having to deal with the oath of pleasure became to samey. My monk was too OP, and I wasn't experienced enough yet to basically skip the filler encounters. Also I did some railroady stuff to have her get beaten that felt to cheap to continue after the fact. Currently playing the barbarian. Doing a lot of region hopping, and playing on the culture shock of being an orc to add interest to the story without over complicating things. She's also the right amount of strong. I think that depending on the setting you might be able to find more fertile ground for lewd adventures in space, but my autistic ass is too obsessed with the semi-precise layout of the space pleasure station to excuse it.

Probably Shadowrun. Any time I engage with some system-homebrewing, I'll try something different. And this time, it was dice pools. Felt it also works well with the attribute + attribute approach of the skills.
At this point, though, I'm not so sure about having enemies roll as well. Static target numbers like in skill checks might be the way to go for combat as well, solely for reducing the amount of dice being rolled all the time.
Although, it adds an element of unpredictability that a game like this should have. Even against supposedly weak foes, there should be a chance for things to go south. You already have this with rolling your own skills, but enemies rolling as well doubles the chaos.
Feel like there is no perfect solution, only trade-offs. Waiting for what that anon working on the "hardmode" cooks up and how it turns out.

Except in real life people often don't realize how mad they are. The worse the case, the more impaired self-awareness is. Systems are important for lewd RPGs if they help make it hotter. A "horniness gauge" might not be exciting on its own, having a system in which your heroine has higher odds of losing self-control due to being doused with an aphrodisiac means more odds for something lewd to happen, and is a way to have a narrative emerge from the system rather than being just created and directed by the player.

Depends on what your definition of 'laid back' is. Lewd Attack is more preferable if you just want to roll dice and not have to think about encounters too much (on account of it's all just tables), but there is a lot of bookkeeping you end up having to do. Plus, combat can be a bit of a slog.

However, if you don't mind running with oracles and prefer a more free-form game, Labyrinthus is probably more your jam. It does fall into the pitfalls of OSRs though, in that it lends itself more to dungeon crawling, so you'll end up having to manage dungeon generation as you go. The there are a handful of pre-made modules though, so if you maybe want to give those a spin to see if you like the system and end up enjoying it, you can just keep on rolling with that same character.

The Lewd Attack Hardcore mod basically comes in the form of "tags" that you can add at your discretion. The two working ones I have right now are "Ryona" and "ENF".

Whenever your HP drops to 0 against enemies who don't harass, you become Injured; -10 Max HP and -5 Max Stamina for 5 days. You can stack multiple Injuries; you die if your Max HP ever reaches 0.

If you are not at least Aroused during penetrative sex, you suffer HP damage equal to half the Pleasure you take (this doesn't apply to consensual sex, where foreplay is presumed).

Trying to decide how big I want my oni women.
Right now my range is too wide, 220-300cm, I want to narrow it down to a more reasonable spread. Like for modern human males the typical range is 168cm to 183cm, I don't think I want much more variance than that for my oni women, so I need to really narrow it down.

What do you think is a sweetspot and why? Right now I'm thinking that options B and C are probably more erotic than A and D, which feel like "not enough" and "too much" (for oni specifically) respectively. Could really use some feedback from other perverts with a fetish for giant women.

Are Oni a playable race?
Is size important in the rules?
Do you want the Oni to be "very-tall" but still "medium-sized" or "large"?
If is a Lewd Game then does being a very tall woman imposes penalties in some cases if you try to get dirty with her?
Or you just want to have something like the Goliath who are tall but not that tall. An example is Tade from Dungeon Meshi: she's an Oni who are between 190 to 200 cm tall

I've always kind of wanted to make/play a version of Lewd Attack that removes the rape elements, particularly monster rape. not being a prude or anything, it just doesn't do it for me - I'd like a version that was more focused on dubcon or soft-noncon (e.g. aphrodisiac, mind control spell, etc.)
might do something with this idea. probably with a somewhat lighter system, focused less on long-term progression.
