Basically I am the worlds worst magic deck builder I can do many things right but fail at this.

Twice before you built me decks.

I must ask for your help once more.

I need a deck built using ONLY CARDS from these sets

Mirage
Planeshift
Worldwake

I can have

One four spot
One three spot
Two two spots
Everything else singleton

Restrictions
No planeswalkers, no protection at all

Non basic lands can be up to four of each one without taking any slots

I think black blue or black is the way to go?

Help me wizards I thank you

>Mirage allowed
four spot: 4x Flash
then look for nastiest Enters/Leaves trigger effects
>>
heard Dragonmaster Outcast would be good
>>
>>98623134
that is some very specific sets, context?
>>
>>98623203
i took a look, doesn't look like there are any creatures with worthwhile etb or death effects in those three sets
>>
>>98627834
You bastard

>>98628637
Me and my two friends each get to choose a set for our format

Lol why he can die to anything

Do you have a fetish for this card tell me
>>
>>98633747
that's such a stupid response anon.
Aren't YOU the terrible deckbuilder looking for advice?
>>

Quirion dryad can be pretty beastly in that format. RG can abuse horned kavu to spend 2 mana to put a +1/+1 counter on it. Keldon mantle can give it trample, regenerate and more power. Should be a solid core.

What

Just because I suck at making decks doesn’t mean I don’t understand the games mechanics. A 1/1 in a format rife with removal is not good I’m sorry

>A 1/1 in a format rife with removal is not good I’m sorry
And what removal do you think is going to be packed in your opponent's decks?
>>
>>98634325
Red/blue/green

4x quirion dryad
3x horned kavu
2x keldon mantle

Fill with a few mana fixers in green, a bunch of counters and damage spells in blue and red and some stuff to give quirion dryad evasion.
>Quirion is your big bad attacker by gaining a +1/+1 counter every time you cast a red or blue spell.
>Horned kavu is red, so it counts for putting counters on quirion. Its etb lets you take it (or another green or red creature) back into your hand, basically allowing for endless casting for 2 mana each time putting more counters on quirion.
>Blue and red use instants to counter removal targeted at quirion, and remove enemy pieces
>Use cards to give trample or flying to quirion so you can hit the opponent

I don’t know jackass probably over 50 spells
>>
>>98634884
That’s not bad but I don’t want to do 3 color

You're really only splashing blue using green manafixers, but alright then. The way I'm approaching it is due to the singletons you're basically playing a weird draft format. Theres little room for deep synergies so it's likely best to focus on staple draft strategies. A good curve, some big bombs and decent removal. The change is you have just enough to make a small core or theme but it needs to be supported by the draft type strategy. Then I'm thinking green with a bit of red is always good, with landfall possibly an option. White-red weenie might also work.

Green red landfall/x-spells/omnikicker:
4x avenger of zendikar
3x omnath, locus of mana
2x explore
2x rampant growth
4x khalni garden nonbasic land
Fill with a bunch of smaller creatures, omnikicker and spells that use X in the cost. Also use the cards that enchant lands to be creatures and return the land to your hand when they die to trigger more landfalls.
Omnath allows you to ramp up quick while having a decent attacker on the board and get to avenger of zendikar. The khalni gardens start putting out some plant tokens early.
Other cards to look at for the singleton portion at your own discretion:
Seers sundial
Kitesail
Basilisk collar
Everflowing chalice
Wolfbriar elemental
Vastwood zendikon
Strength of the tajuru
Quest for renewal
Leatherback baloth
Harabaz druid
Graypelt hunter
Canopy cover
Dragonmaster outcast (aka 1 mana 1/1 that will draw a removal spell so it wont hit your actual bombs, or that summons big fliers)
Basically every ally you can.
Mogg sentry
Thornscape battlemage
Hull breach
Kaervek's torch
Volcanic geyser
Granger guildmage
Femeref archers
Quirion elves
Seedling charm
Tropical storm
Uktabi faerie
Wall of roots
Worldly tutor
Jungle troll
Incinerate
