How are oathmark models so cheap? It has three or four right holders involved. Osprey/Joe owns the IP, Nick Eyre publishes the models and Renedra makes them. You have the overhead of four companies and they still deliver a better value than GW

Massively smaller scale where designers are invested and OK with moderate payoffs. Tjere is no reason for GW models to be so expensive except the company needing to make more profit every year. Nobody at an exec level in GW plays the games.

No one involved is as greedy.

Oathmark and frostgrave really got cucked by covid, I think they would have a larger market share of nerd tables if they didn't get punched in the nuts by that.

Low quality

Have fun with your shattered porcelain pieces you can't convert. My experiences has been oath mark has less mold lines/slippage than vitrix even if the details not as deep.

Pricing works by supply/demand. If people are willing to pay a lot for the supply you have, then you can sell for a lot.
If people are unwilling to pay, then you have to lower prices untill they are.
Because GW models are in higher demand than Oathmark models, GW can charge more.
>But muh greed
If you sell cheaper than you could that's just leaving money on the table. That's money that could go towards expanding your business, paying your employees more, making more cool shit etc.

>expanding your business
Not inherently valuable
>paying your employees more
GW doesn't do this
>making more cool shit
GW REALLY doesn't do this
>>
>>98636678
yes we have all had 101, but it gets more complicated when real life pricing dynamics come into place
>>

>>expanding your business
>Not inherently valuable
No, just valuable if your know what you're doing.
>>paying your employees more
>GW doesn't do this
I think you'll find GW are some of the only players on the market that can actually pay their sculptors and artists a real wage rather than a gig economy "commisions"
>>making more cool shit
>GW REALLY doesn't do this
Their customers keep buying their shit, so someone must think so.

Yet the core dynamic remains the same. Low demand = lower prices, high demand = higher prices.
