I would like the imperial guard heavy weapons to all have significant buffs.

The macharius needs a plastic kit. I don't like the rogal dorn and I think there needs to be at least one other tank in its weight class, which the macharius could fit nicely. It would be cool to have the plasma turret as a separate sprue option for a different box like the auxilia leman russ does for its turret options.

There are no directions in the book for the Small Stelae but looking at pictures I realized the directions are actually different from the large one, it inverts the pedestal.

Which would have been useful to know before I used the same method on the small stele as the large, GW, and now have to make a second small stelae correctly.

Also the art of the book has a Massive Stele on the front cover.

Like it's so obvious they were going to have a sprue of terrain that got cut.

For my marines it's probably the repulsor executioner although I use a brick of aggressors lead by Calgar and that kind of becomes the center objective contester unit which is a centerpiece of sorts.
For eldar it's certainly the wraithknight.
For nids I guess it's the swarmlord, although his model is smaller than the tervigon and malceptor and a few others.
And for guard it's probably the Dorn. I don't use the baneblade.

I almost started a Marine army in 4th using the custom chapter rules but I knew a new edition was a year away and didn't want to create something that wasn't going to be supported later so I started Orks instead. Still got screwed because I took a looted predator but it was not as bad than if I bought apothecaries for every one of my marine squads. This happened during the 4th to 5th transition.

Clown detachments are mutually exclusive with each other so you can't spend all 3 detachment points on harlequins for some dumb fucking reason despite the fact that they have 4 fucking detachments. I don't even play 11th and find this retarded.

Also S5/T4 elves when? High Elves have S4/T3 in ToW so i have no clue why they're keeping Eldar down at s3/t3 when they have crazy stat inflation in 40k.

It's been a thing that orks are a degenerated race since 1e. The original bounds of the old Orkish empire are somewhere just south of the galactic center, and there are ruins of a much more sophisticated orkish society, and that there was a true empire at all meant orks used to be capable of actual directed interstellar travel. Krorks as a term first show up in the 3e necron codex, and from there the idea has become more and more shit as fans and writers who are boring and simple people expand the idea. We already have green and bland space marines.
