Noo my pure Japanese soul cannot abide the concept of other countries making anime/manga. Here’s a fact that you won’t like or won’t accept, weeb. Japanese RPG design mentality (be it video game or tabletop) treats the game like a puzzle for the player to solve. There are optimal builds, best ways to play and ultimate weapons. Sword World (the most popular TRPG in Japan after CoC) is a perfect example of this. The 2.5 rulebook literally tells you what you should pick to prevent the 2d6 bell curve fucking you up. I’ll also point out that most of you on here don’t actually read the rulebooks and just collect PDFs. Ninja Slayer is mid.
