Nah, those are fairly reserved for AoS minis and don't fuck up anything too bad. The worst part is the stupid golden afro puffs and you can snip those off. It's also WAY easier to do something like that and greenstuff a beard than to fix a Primaris marine. Trust me, I've gone down the path of doing both.
