What are these fancy plinths called when they aren't hobby taxed? Maybe I could print one but I'd probably mess up with my machine.

My guess would be trophy bases. Though I'm not 100% sure.
You can just get some lengths of wooden dowel and cut them yourself actually. Obviously then you don't get the nice base or the fabric bottom, but still.
