From a purely logistical standpoint, would it be easier to breed humans into a race of coal black drow or a race of ashy grey/blue/green/purple drow? Assume you have unlimited time and funds for the project, but faster and fewer resources used = better.

Operation Highjump was a failed attempt to penetrate into the Agarthan network, the Elves wiped out the first wave of Marines we sent with sonic weaponry, now we can't even get close. Anduril is currently researching methods to penetrate this barrier, so it's possible that we'll be able to get submarines close enough to actually talk to the Elves instead of just dying soon. Negotiations will probably have to be had in German as somehow the Nazis convinced these guys to let them in without a fight.Once we find the Elves, I imagine we'll just have to ask them if they've got any niggers laying around and offer to take them off their hands.
