Is Delta Green harder to run that Call of Cthulhu? I see there's a lot of references to American bureaucracy I don't understand since I'm not American. I understand there's FBI (the federal police), Coast Guard (obviously), DEA (drug squad), ICE (deportation squad), EPA (evil agency from the Simpsons), but what about the rest? I can roleplay as my local public servants, but that's prestigious work here, but obviously not in America.
