How evil is the BBEG in your campaign? Like on a scale of Dr. Doofenshmirtz to Adolf Hitler?

There is no BBEG in our current game, if player actions and desires don't lead to one. The current main antagonist is a shrewd daimyo that is collaborating with oni to research fusion between humans and demons as a step on the way to attain immortality. He secretly is working towards this goal to gift immortality to the imperial family, so he is completely loyal. The thing is, the imperial court may very well be ok with his methods if they lead to good results.

>>98706768Guy is a asshole and wants to do horrible revenge against people born centuries against the people who originally screwed him over(Which he also largely brought onto himself). But he does have his genuine believes he's doing the right thing and shows sympathy towards people he considers innocent.It's a Touhou campaign, and he's honestly a better person than 99% of the actual Touhou cast.
Much like the PCs, they range from 'Just trying to get by/do the right thing' to 'Worst possible people in the entire setting'Currently leaning towards the 'greasy and unpleasant' end of things since most the PCs aren't.
