My Standing Formations idea I'm working on is different conceptually>Players choose detchments/formations at start of campaign they can deploy into battles>these formations stay between battles and losses are maintained>after each battle they consolidate and the more badly mauled ones have to sit things out until reinforced>points to reinforce/repair them and/or extra formations/detachments are awarded after battles (or even as part of battle i.e you get some militia flunkies with you in battle and can take them with you if any survive). It obviously provides narrative elements for example a sense of organic rolling scale for bigger battles as campaign goes on and having stuff like allied forces, superheavy tanks, saturnine detachments, titans etc. roll on in narratively. All this is vibing on the wishes of my friends who have the the military logistics autism and/or have 10,000 hours in classic TW.

If I have two psykers in the same unit, how many can cast powers in the same turn?
PFAIf someone in your local group is really insistent on using Indomitus terminators for praetors, centurions and other nominally Terminator armor equipped units that are not natively in Indomitus armor, what is the best move forward? He has said he would accept fan made rulesets for these units, or a house rule for more/less points (I think he really wants that later option though)

The only difference between indomitus and cata is the 4++, praetors come with an iron halo by default anyway, and for the others it's not too much of a stretch to hand wave it as them getting the slightly better indomitus than the regular troops. It's also the most convenient, as you avoid balance issues that way.

>>98716147Anon, a praetor in indomitus armor is just functionally the same as a praetor in cata armor. For centurions? 5++ and heavy. Its really easy to do, the rules for indomitus armor arent that out there. Just add it as a variant on the normal terminator -XYZ profiles for the same cost as the other options. Problem solved.
