>>98743874D20 modern apocalypse, also include whatever you like from past and future. Its lacking in settlement management mechanics, but you have a nice selection of rules for crafting, everything from cars to robot npcs/pcs to mecha.Also compatible with d&d 3.5.That or convert ffg star wars and use the post apocalypse rules found in base genesys. With star wars you have an awesome selection of crafting, management and base building rules, and the weapons/vehicles are easy enough to convert to generic sci-fi or post apoc versions.
