And while you can complain that the game has less flavor than before or whatever (sound similar anyone?) the internal balance is frankly stellar, theres so many viable units and gameplans that you just naturally want more and more. You see a unit you can make work and suddenly youre thinking about a whole new variant list and a 1000pts expansion to your collection. Meanwhile in TOW my experience listbuilding is often "ugh, why dont I just take the clearly busted and braindead must take choice, all this stuff is basically non functional", theres just so much less natural variety, you dont feel encouraged or rewarded for experimenting and trying cool new shit which really hurts my interest in this edition.
