What's the most over-the-top and brutal way your party/your players have defeated a villain? Pic unrelated
>>98804010Exploded a kobold sorceress with her own magic staff
>>98804010He wasn't even a villain, he was a mook, but he was in our way, so I tricked him into a situation where I filled his mouth with a bunch of charges from a wand of webs.
>>98804010>wizard does wild magic, but>we use a weird wild magic table I think adapted from warhammer or some shit.>fight with a pirates>wizard casts some simple arcane missile at pirate captain miniboss>wild magic shit happens>pirate captain low completely copies every move the wizard makes>it doesn't matter how he is oriented or where he is, he simply copies every move the wizard does>fight eventually ends and we put pirate captain in jail>later learn he died from walking into a wall of a jail cell literally scaping himself into slow and extremely painful death
>>98804400>3 elves
>>988044031 elf + 2 almost-elves
>>98804459If my math checks out, that's 2 elves total? What do the leftover bits make?
>>98804462a h*man
>>98804403That's what happens when you play DnD. Race selection is one of the few ways you can gain access to fun gameplay mechanics. I once played a game with a centaur, an elephant man, and a cat.
>>98804010>most over-the-top and brutal waybrutal but not towards the villain exactlyhurling two baby tigers towards an incarnation of death to show him new life and thus banish him or somethingis some ravenloft trilogy death unchained, death ascendant, death something else - cannot recalli think you were suppose to show them to him, anyways it was pretty fucked up
>>98804010Ran a vampire over with his own sleigh, then killed him while he was a pulverized mess.
>>98804540>>98804010 Grim Harvest adventure series from 2nd Edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. The trilogy consisted of:1. Death Unchained (1996)2. Death Ascendant (1996)3. Death Triumphant (included in the Requiem: The Grim Harvest boxed set) The ultimate antagonist of the series is Death—a literal negative-energy elemental who genuinely believes he is the grim reaper incarnate.Because he is a completely abstract entity composed entirely of un-life and necrosis, his ultimate mechanical kryptonite is the concept of birth and new life. While it wasn't strictly mandatory to throw "baby tigers", the adventure module specifies that the boss is physically repulsed, weakened, and can be driven off by objects explicitly associated with a fresh birth. Players who meticulously comb through the earlier chapters can discover a minor NPC who recently gave birth. If the party steals or brings items from that birth—like a crying newborn, an infant's blanket, or baby booties—they can completely cripple the literal incarnation of Death.we ended up with a couple of newborn tiger cubs to flash at the Grim Reaper
>>98804010i am playing planescape torment right now its going to be brutal and already is
>>98804010In a Delta Green campaign, a vain femme fatale that worked as an enforcer for MJ12 was given a retro-engineered alien device that allowed the sadistic bitch to reconfigure her body at the cellular level in order to assume, among others, a "Combat Form" (knife-hands, spiny ridges along her body, stronger, faster, more durable and perceptive than a regular human). Since she was vain, she used it sparingly and always turned back to her normal self after she was done ripping people apart. Said device was hacked without her knowledge by an NPC defector we blackmailed into acting as a Delta Green mole, who simply erased the configuration data of the Combat Form setting: this caused her to triumphantly gloat while her body swiftly turned into a puddle of slime made up by unfocused cells, which sloshed out of her clothes and splattered harmlessly to the ground, instead of turning her into the usual slaughter machine. She didn't even have the time to realize what was going on. However, it technically was the NPC defector that did the job, although he would have stayed loyal to MJ12 if it wasn't for us extensively investigating his ass and use his well-hidden dirty secrets as leverage to make a lackey out of him.
>>98804010Diablerie.
One of the BattleTech RPGs, I forget which one. Our merc party had been hired by a wealthy smuggler to guard a convoy carrying precious stones from a rival gang. Only it turned out the "rival gang" were the house guard of this minor noble whose daughter had been taken by the smuggler as payment for a debt the house owed. Turns out he was also into human trafficking and some of the trucks were full of people about to be sold into sex slavery. Long story short, we decided to switch sides and eventually fought and defeated the smuggler. But instead of just shooting him, I decided to give him a taste of what his victims felt. I had the only humanoid mech in the party, I think it was a Shadowhawk, or maybe one of the other Dougram ones. So I picked him up and played around with him a bit. Broke all his limbs, crushed his junk with my thumb and before he had the chance to bleed to death, impaled him ass-first on one of the gun arms of my lancemate's Blackjack and told him to pull the trigger. We all had a good laugh. Of course, it came back to bite us in the end, since it tanked our reputation with all the organized crime groups in the region, but that's a story for another day.

>>98804010>Skeletonize (8mm; reflexive; instant; Essence 1)>Keywords: none>A decisive attack that kills a non-trivial living creature strips out its skeleton to make new links to repair the chains, healing one health level. against a battle group of such creatures, it heals one level per point of magnitude the group loses. The Rantai can gain up to three temporary health levels this way if it isn’t damaged; these vanish at the end of the Scene.
My party spent a week summoning several thousand ducks to harass a city’s entire population until it was depopulated entirely.
>>98804400Freakshit party, but cute moon elf
>>98804010just watch some gore from Ukraine
>>98804010>gnome lays out portable hole>halforc pushes bbeg in>elf picks up the portable holeAnd just like that the bbeg suffocated. GM kamikazes a kobold with a bag of holding next time.
>>98807085Check out who the Bagman is before trying to be clever with your bag of holding, anon. You don't fuck around with your bag of holding. You'll switch back to regular bags, sacks and backpacks after meeting the guy.
Unironically, Rocket Surgery.
>>98804010Good to see you back James, how is Megan ?
>>98804010It was either eating the kobold, or exploding the water elemental river-snake by letting it swallow me then dropping the fire elemental ashes into its gut.
>>98809974who?
40K RPG campaign. PCs opened the hold on their transport ship in orbit and dropped a 300 foot high marble statue of the Emperor onto the villain base. The Emperor Provides.
>>98804010To destroy him they had to destroy every version of him through time. That meant killing him at 120, 80, 60, 40, 30, 22, 16, 12, 6 years of age, and then as a baby. They all fought differently due to experience and knowledge, but at the end he was just a defenseless kid who didn't even know why they were doing that to him
>>98804010My players once detonated a bomb inside a residential building in a cyberpunk setting because it was the easiest way to kill the target they were hired to remove. More than 300 innocent civilians were killed.

>>98804010We fought a giant five-headed penis monster from the lust dimension. It would fight by opening a portal between world, poking its truck-sized dicks through, then shooting massive ropes of jizz hot enough to melt steel and thick enough to turn the terrain into something resembling the aftermath of a volcanic eruption, and rapidly backing out before we could retaliate so it could so the same thing again. We defeated it when the Barbarian was finally able to grapple the shaft so it couldn't pull out, yank it far enough out to expose its testicles, and we all took turns bashing it balls until it went limp. This wasn't even an ERP campaign or the DM's magical realm. This was just a thing the DM added because some of the players were talking about MGE and said they wanted to see monster girls in the campaign, but the DM misunderstood and assumed we wanted to fight slaaneshi-like demons. It's so stupid, but this was actually one of the best combat encounter he ever ran. Every other encounter was just massive mindfucks with eldritch gods or ball-bustingly difficult like fighting multiple death knights at level 10.
>>98819729I forgot to say. It didn't fight with one portal at a time, but five separate portals, one for each dick head. It kind of resembled a partial hand when we first encountered it, and that's probably what the DM intended for us to think before the horrible reveal of what it actually is. Each finger dick also had its own set of balls, so we had to bust them each one by one.
>>98819729>This wasn't even an ERP campaign or the DM's magical realm. This was just a thing the DM added because some of the players were talking about MGE and said they wanted to see monster girls in the campaign, but the DM misunderstood and assumed we wanted to fight slaaneshi-like demonsOh trust me, it was totally intentional and the DM's magical realm
>>98819729At first I thought your description was a crude comparison. But nope just an actual 5 headed penis monster...
