I would feel like a bit of a cheat asking him for extra arms without "Armed" or a tail without "Monkey’s Tail", but PCA obviously didn't think this through as the lore is quite clear that the ability he is using could do it. There is also the issue of if you wanted to try and get more alterations later you have to take ambivalents so you might want to wait if you plan to do that so that you could use genderswap to fully fill it (personally I think the intention was that we be stuck with (and only with) whatever alterations but PCA put in the ability and of course we tried to milk it and he had to come up with a patch).
