Making a builds where your talent rating in one aura type provides a discount. This is to make basic techniques cheap, master techniques slightly less ecpensive, and leave legend techniques largely the same.
Compare your "G" rating to the rating required for a technique, if you G rating is higher it subtracts it's value from the point cost.
Example:
Seismic Strike costs 6 points to buy.
Your build has G3 in Core.
Seismic Strike only requires G1.
Seismic Strike now only costs 3 points for you.

Kufoku mentions you'll be able to Double your points after completing an Aura Burst campaign, so why not make builds for that?
Make a standard build for your freshly summoned conscript, then making Another build for your conscript after completing all their campaign missions.

The second build gets build and equipment points equal to their starting "Potential"(45 for talented, 35 for mutated, etc). They get no bonus alterations.

Given how the "Prodigy" alteration works,, double these bonus points points for your second build, but equipment points are not doubled

The Aura costs of techniques is reduced by taking Training. Each training reduces a specific category of techniqued by 1 star at initiate, 2 stars at master, and 3 stars at legend.

The category of Techniques a Training effects are specific.
Skill Training can reduce aura cost for a techniques below 1, but doesn't make a technique free. Techniques with on aura cost below 1 have a cost from 0.75 to 0.25 of one star
