I think everyone has seen yugioh is basically dead and a ftk complete mess, this sounds like they are going nuclear. 34 bans 8 limits, basically unhead of in any card game Will this be enough to get anyone to try playing it again, riftbound seemed like the last nail in their coffin in market share in the west

>>98832667No. The only way they fix it is a total reboot of the game or making the primary format have a hard limit on special summons/a resource required to special summon.That's the problem with FTKs/OTKs, you can special summon basically your entire extra deck in one turn, and half the effects that win play out of the GY, and if you have one hand trap pop your combo you just lose.
