I'm a complete noob, I am yet to have my first game yet but I know I enjoy the game having watched multiple games. I want to build a black deck, but I would like to know (if you can tell me) how to best generate mana for a black deck, there are some really cool ghoul and demon units that I like the look of but some of them require 5-7 manga and if my deck only has like 60 cards, I don't know how many of them should be mana or how I can best search my deck for mana generating cards. >>98856979From personal experience, yes. The FNM equivalent is always packed and get 16 players MINIMUM. This is due to a mixture of it being a new game, and that it pays out really well. You can go 0-4 and you still get a promo pack. Cards sell fairly well too. Personally, I dont really like how it plays. I dont like how the stack is gated by combat, and I dont like how you need to score 8 points to win the game. I can see how it avpids "feels bad" situations by making games appear close when in reality rounds are already decided by turn 3-4, it just masks that advantage behind the point system.
