We have to abandon sanctioned magic and play the game on our terms instead of theirs, because their only terms are to keep milking us any way possible. The game exists independently from the company so playing sanctioned only matters if you care about muh pro player status, in which case you're falling for the trap and should learn to just play for the love of the game.
