>What is Exalted?
An epic high-flying role-playing game about reborn god-heroes in a world that turned on them.
Start here:http://theonyxpath.com/category/worlds/exalted/

>That sounds cool, how can I get into it?
Read the 3e core book (link below). For mechanics of the old edition, play this tutorial:http://mengtzu.github.io/exalted/sakuya.html
It'll get you familiar with most of the mechanics.

>Gosh that was fun. How do I find a group?
Roll20 and the Game Finder General here on /tg/. good luck

>How do we fix Dragon-Blooded?
It's not that they need a power bump in day-to-day fighting or anything. They're at the right level for that as the floor of Exalted combat, though some of their charms need a bit of a rework to actually, y'know, work, and not just add dice that'd be more efficiently added by an Excellency. What Dragonblood really need is ways to cooperate and synergise better in ways that actually do anything. It's their entire tagline that cooperation is their strength and that they're way better in numbers, but small groups of Dragonblood aren't really coordinating anything better than their normal lines and large groups are just difficult to play out as a Storyteller. Way too many of their charms that scale based on the number of Dragonblood involved cap out at like five DBs working together and the cooperative bonuses are way too flat and uninteresting. Elemental Bolt Attack doing like 7 damage with +2 for each person that combines powers up to a max of 5 is just fucking ass - what's even the point? - and especially so when you realise that it's one of their like core and most recognizable charms / powers. People see 'elemental blast' as the main thing that makes Dragonblood ATLA and so people who are drawn to DB by ATLA are immediately turned off. Either fix the scaling so that teaming up in small groups is worth it, make it so that teaming up doesn't ruin your action economy just to pump into bad stats like weapon damage, or remove the limits on scaling so that stupid shit like the ten thousand dragon supercannon Realm Defense Grid 2 Electric Boogaloo is canon.

>Dragon Blooded vs Avatar.
It is because of certain design choices, such as the characters not being meant to outright supernatural.

That's only really the case for Solars, though. Dragonblood especially are definitely supposed to be supernatural from the start. That's why they've got stuff like the innate elemental manipulation and why a they do have stuff that're basically just like 'move X amount of earth around'.

>Cool locales to visit in creation?
Iceholme. I love greenfields and emeralds and most of what the Haslanti League does, but Iceholme is a big enough greenfield to feel familiar to a traveler from afar - with fields and villages and rivers outside of the city within the greenfield - while also being central to the League. The League combines isolated city-states with regular travel and trade in a way that's unique in Creation and leads to each of their cities having small influences from many wildly diverging cultures and you wouldn't see that anywhere more than in Iceholme. It's got libraries and an actual academy of magical arts that's been running long enough to give the city a surprising number of practitioners and make it a literally magical place. The walls are painted with pictures drawn from shared dreams, and they tile their roofs collaboratively to make it beautiful when seen from above, up on the cliffs or from an air boat, and the whole gaslamp aesthetic makes it seem like a fantasy.
