It has a similar single joint elbow scheme that works on par with the butterfly joint to achieve certain poses and moments. I'm excited to get these on hand and mess around with this interesting design choices.

The old Frauleins had weak joints because the hinges were soft plastic like the rest of the body, PVC. As you can see here>>11778283 the joints are separate plastic. Most likely POM, the same plastic Figuarts, Figma, and Revoltechs are using today for their joints. They all have single hinges and rarely break the way a soft PVC peg would break off. There has to be some random ass imperfection or crack in the POM for it to happen. Somehow it got superglued or something.
