The 2000s teen titans was actually meant to be a DCAU/timm universe cartoon originally. I dont really know how it morphed into becoming something separate from that though. I actually dont hold alot of love for the show either, ive yet to fully watch the series to this day and what i have seen of it while okay isnt as good as say justice league or especially batman the animated series. My hatred for teen titans go is almost completely divorced from the fact it prevented a revival of the old teen titans but more on how it sucks on its own and for the sheer amount of favoritism TTG got from CN within the last decade.
