Hulk 2099
>>11792661FF Spidey and Reed
>>11792664FF Sue and Ben
>>11792666SDCC X-Men 97 Charles
>>11792658That's the worst 3 pack Hasbro have released in quite awhile
>>11792668SDCC Spidey 67 3 pack
>>11792670
>>11792658im glad i settled on this lizard
>>11792658Whats even the point if they only make the heads match the style and not the bodies at all
>>11792674I've never finished an ML baf. I don't know how you even do it. Its a scam since there is no wave that is all good figures.
>>11792687There have been waves in the past where I've gotten the whole wave because I wanted all the figures, the BaF was bonus. Then There are times where I've waited and gotten figures on sale later on down the line, like I ended up completing the Juggernaut BaF a couple of years after it initially came out because I wanted the figures I didn't buy initially and they were on sale, didn't even think about the fact I had all the parts until a while later.
>>11792687I just sell the figures I don't want. There's usually always one that is rare enough that almost pays for the whole lot. For the mindless one it was Clea.
>>11792691Clea isn't rare, it's just people were aroused by her great headsculpt.
>>11792704That's why she's oos everywhere and is 70 bucks.
>>11792687eBay, Craig’s list, Facebook Marketplace, and if you’re lucky a local comic shop might have individual pieces of the BAF you want if not the whole figure. I’ve only completed one BAF and it was to sell on EBay. I’m trying to mix and match Sasquatch and Ursa Major parts to make a custom Gigantopithecus right now.
>>11792674Why? It sucks.
>>11792682I figure for most people the distinctive faces are the entire point, and I can imagine they're not in a rush to make entire bodies for a design where it's hard to tell how much actual demand there is and how much it's just a meme. They saw what happened with the Morbius movie.
>>11792687In theory some of the intent is that people will trade/buy/sell the parts with each other, which is probably what happens naturally if you know other collectors. If not, comic shops can facilitate this. Otherwise yeah, it can kind of be horseshit, and depending on particular waves/character desirability, BAF pieces on the aftermarket either get expensive, or you can get them for a song. Caliban for example was a character I lucked out on, he was in a wave where I wanted most of the figures, and even afterwards nobody wanted his parts enough to where I completed him easy, and even got extra hands for my Budget Shadow King.
>>11792682brother you could say this about the entire line
>>11792795>>11792793holy shit it's already a sculptmogging
>>11792658man we just can never get a perfect Peter head can we?
>>11792854RYV head was pretty good
>>11792841Scared yet hasbeens?
>>11792857LOL no
>>11792890I predict by 2030 we'll be using the DC figures more to make Marvel characters than we are Legends to make DC characters.
>>11792890Not really. Is that the best trolling you got?
>>11792674I still have my Select. Not the most articulated guy, but I prefer it aesthetically to any of the Legends versions.
>>11792897Probably
>>11792900Look almost like a toybiz figure
>>11792903Holy shit, I'm kinda memeing but they might actually not fuck this up.
>>11792898You should be scared. They’ll be no reasonably priced 6 inch scale marvel figures by then end of the year. We’re looking at $30+ for standard legends. The market will move to these and the price for “adult collectibles” will climb while the quality stays the same. Shit is unironically bleak for domestic marvel figures. The smartest move a marvel fan could make rn is switching to Blokees.
>>11792674why are you glad? you don't have to buy the SDCC version and you most likely won't get to.
>kids will buy robinzoomies don't know who Robin is, there's no movie to tell them.>adults will buy kids toys meant for kids only the desperate would do this. holy fuck it was so cringe seeing that retard dan who trying to compare that mattel bullshit to Marvel Legends. all he proved is that anyone buying the collector line is going to waste money when the kids line serves your base purpose.
>>11792978Because BAF lizard is best lizard
>>11792983>zoomies don't know who Robin is,There are people in third world shitholes who know who Robin is.
>>11792658I want those lizard lab vials from this set That is all
>>11792903Christ it looks badThis is the kid's line, right? Do we have reason to believe they're ever gonna do a collector's line?
>>11793041Yes, it's the kids line. The collector's line is set for 2027. Dunno how you think it looks that bad though, especially considering they're cheap.
>>11793041>looks bad
>>11793079I think I'd be hyped as fuck to get that as a kid
>>11793079I miss the Universe line. I got a bunch of those guys somewhere.
>>11793041it looks like your average Legends figure lol
>>11792658Could they not give Spider-Man toe joints and a moveable neck?
>>11793130Those poa are reserved for Maximum line only now
>>11792911Why should I be scared if I like and will collect both properties? Sorry, but if the price hikes price put whiney, fear mongering losers like you and gatekeeps you out of the hobby, I'll gladly pay the extra fee dollars. I'm sick of you cretins ruining any chance of discussion around here with your doonposting, and shitposting. Also>BlokeesYou're willing to pay $199.99 plus tax, shipping and tip for one of those? Lmao.
>>11793238I meant 19.99 and didn't proofread my post.
>>11793130Toe joints suck, and aren't needed on a figure like this
>>11792658That's the best 3 pack Hasbro have released in quite awhile
>>11793243All Spider-Man figures need it, and there is no reason not to have it except cost
>>11793330No shit that's the reason they don't do it. More parts = more $$$. McFarlane's have toe joints and they're pushing $35 for some regular, non deluxe style figs.
>>11793238>>11793242You can get them for fifteen bucks at Walmart.
>>11793376Twenty United States Dollars plus tax, plus shipping, plus tip. Directly from Blokees website. Don't know what else to tell you home slice.
>>11793421that's cheaper than a marvel legends and looks better
Got SW Falcon in. He's fine. Glad to have his classic costume, not sure if I'll be replacing the Joe Fixit wave one, I do like that particular costume, even if it isn't the classic one.
>>11793466Not sure if I like the new wings. I'll have to grab the old Falcon off my Avengers shelf and see if his bigger wings fit. I know these are more accurate to this costume, but I think the bigger wings from the older figures have a much better presence on the shelf.
>>11793466>>11793468They really need to retire that body, it's always been bad with how weirdly flat it is, the low shoulders and the hideous waist joint
>>11793453lol, lmao even
>>11793453>>11793421I don't like rivals designs
>>11793571I like the game, but I always use comics or movie skins because I don't care for most of the base designs.
>>11793571me either and I won't be buying anything adjacent to it but that's still better and cheaper than a Legends figure, especially the Legends Rivals Spider-Man
>>11793571Me neither. The only reason people do like them is because it's the first time in a while that the women were sexy. Literally it.
>>11793571You like the ol 80s spandex?
>>11793641Yes
americans, is the marvel rivals punisher already out in your country? How big is he compared to the gameverse punisher?
Hulk 2099 isn't even 40. He's 47. That's absolutely insane. They have hit the point where these figures are only worth the asking price if you love the character.
>>11793685Then only buy the ones you care about and shit the fuck up about it already. Jesus Christ, listening to you guys whine about the same shit day in and day out is tiring.
>>11793421this looks so much better than the Legends
>>11793758Not really
>>11793693Sorry, when people watch things get worse, they are not liable to not scream in horror
>>11793776No he's right and what you said doesnt workLike you're CONSTANTLY horrified for something thats been priced like that for like a year? What do you think its smaller than Abomination?
>>11792666looking forward to the inevitable repaint
>>11793787The Lizard was $40.
>>11793900Lizard is also smaller than the Hulk. Sorry, but you really are screaming about shit you've already known about for over a year. Either shut the fuck up and just buy what you are able and willing to buy, or get out of the hobby because this crying on the fence bullshit needs to stop. Shit or get off the pot.
>>11793904I didn't know about this for over a year. Deluxes from what I saw were $40, not $47
>>11793907Professor Hulk and Abomination are $47.
>>11793914Didn't pay attention to those releases since they were of no interest to me
>>11793917That's on you bud. Sorry that mama bird can't force feed pertinent information down your throat.
so for everyone doubting this hulk, he has somehow managed to sell out everywhere even the amazon us site. meanwhile i don’t think ive seen spidey sold out.
>>11793041Every toy line its kid's line
>>11793041>looks bad Enjoy your $70 two packs
>>11794038Looks fucking awful
>>117940552 packs are $60. Not much better mind you, but still not $70.
>>11794059post the hasbro one
>>11794122They are both ass for different reasons
>implying low prices will make DC figures desirableif Mattel doesn't shove batman up my ass like todd tried to then maybe they're worth the price.
>>11794055You sound poor
>>11794147mattel has already revealed like 5 or 6 batman figures already. this is what every company with the dc license has done since the 90s.
>>11794055Batman and Bane look good but Nightwing looks shitty, it's like his arms are too small and skinny compared to his torso and legs
>>11792978>and you most likely won't get to.nigga that shit will be on pulse they already said and i doubt it will be an instant sell out.
>>11794152Projector Projects.
>>11794122It's the Ruffalo face. Even if it's not really there, the character has been tainted on a spiritual level. At least for me.
The new Secret Wars wave is apparently hitting Target. I haven't been to one all week but I need a few bits and bobs around the house so I'll check it out on the way home today.
>>11794502I did see a case of Daredevil at mine
>>11794503Yeah the post I saw said they got him, Spidey and Falcon. I'm only in it for DD so if he's plentiful I'll be happy.
